Monte Kiffin is awesomness

There is probably no one I like listening to talk about football than Monte. I have some great vids of him after our last 2 first round picks. He was really hilairious after we drafted Gaines Adams. You can see his passion for the game and I think learn a few things just about football. AFter buc games I wait religiously for Gruden's PC to listen to him just because I feel like I learn the game listening to him speak.

Anyways I think this is really entertaining stuff. Not just from a lolz standpoint but also from a learning standpoint.

I love how he knows how many plays the bucs had on defense off the top of his head and how often they were in nickel.

Just finished watching them both... I don't know what I like more, his energy, or the fact that he treats the media like they're 8 year olds at his football camp.

Hahaha he reminds me so much of my D coordinator. I love the old coaches who know soooo much about the game. Monte is one of the greatest D-coordinators of all time, if not the best. Although he didn't invent the Tampa 2, he sure perfected it. The year they won the Super Bowl that defense just dominated the Raiders and the WCO that I thought would fare pretty well with their short passes.

And now, he's probably too old and lazy to want to take the extra responsibilities. And who could blame him?

Maybe he just doesn't want to do it. That's not laziness that's just loving what you do.

He interviewed at Nebraska but turned that job down. He also was going to go coach the 49ers but Gruden persuaded him to stay in TAmpa.
