Walter I know Terrell Owens and Jason Witten are one of if not thee best at their positions in the NFL, however I'm not sure how they justify 5 stars when Patrick Crayton is one of the worst second receivers in the league and Sam Hurd is one of the worst slot receivers. Crayton has awful problems with drops and like Sam Hurd they have pretty poor stats considering the fact quite a few guys are taking up a lot more attention on their offense than themselves, i.e double teams.

Well, I gave the Patriots 5 stars for their receivers, and no one seemed to have a problem with that.
Right now, Moss is a bit better than Owens; Witten is better than Welker by a wider margin; and Crayton is slightly better than the inconsistent Ben Watson.

Well if the Cowboys had an upgrade over Roy Williams, they'd have a 5-star secondary.

All of these write-ups are excellent.
I agree with most of this one. Dallas seems to be underrated in Internet land. I think Romo winning in the playoffs is just a matter of time. Circumstances can give people an unjust bad reputation and I think that’s the case with him. With Neuman and Pacman their defense will be very tough because the rush they quarterback very well. If they were weaker on the offensive line I wouldn’t say this but I think Dallas makes it to the Super Bowl. Being good upfront on both sides with good quarterback play makes them for real.

And when did Spears lose his job?

Whitten is better than Watson but Welker is better than Glenn (is he still alive?) and Crayton. Plus you alreeady gave Moss the edge over T.O. If you're going to give out five stars we have to be talking ELITE man

We're talking about secondary targets here anyway, and Witten played some WR in 2007.

Yeah I agree that its tough to compare these two. Honestly the way Welker plays is kind of changing the position. Its not like he could be a number one reciever, but as a slot guy he's absolutely devastating. tied for first in nfl receptions right?
Personally I have a problem with the receiving corps of the highest scroing offense of all time, and they aging receiver corps of dallas being ranked equally, but I admit some Patriot homerism comes into play here.
