He should be fine by week 1 of the regular season.

Yeah I was wondering when this was going to get posted.

I think if this were any other player and any other team this is a big deal, but not for the most professional guy and the most efficient offense in football. Add this to 2007's Brady-Pats domination and Eli winning a SB Peyton's competitive fire in 2008 will be unreal.

Meh. This shouldn't be a huge deal. Manning's game isn't really predicated on being a scrambling QB. This could be good for the organization, as their backups may get some meaningful snaps for a change.

ESPN's Shaun King spoke to Tony Dungy about Peyton Manning's knee injury, and Dungy believes that three weeks may be a more realistic timetable for his return.

Golly Gee, if Peyton misses Training camp he might not know the whole offense by week 1.

Seriously, this isn't a big deal at all.

I think it's a story because Manning has never been hurt, but it won't affect the Colts at all. If anything, the defense will play even harder against the Bears.

Let's be honest here. The Bears don't stand a chance.

Seriously though, look for the Colts to look for a backup quickly.

Colts will be an interesting team to watch next year with all these injuries. Peyton will probably be fine, but knowing Bob Sanders he's going on the PUP at minimum.

Anyone else think that they could sign a veteran QB off of FA?

It's really doubtful, but more likely here than most.

Exactly. It could be a sign that his body's invincibility barriers are breaking.

                            It shouldn't.
