    Casey Hampton has gotten too fat. He's on the PUP list until coach is satisfied.

              Joey, I'm not sure if he gets paid to be in shape.

              I think he gets paid to be fat, but not that fat.

                  No one gets paid to be fat. I was a lineman and if I wasn't in shape I got benched. There is more to it than leaning forward and taking up space SWE. It is a common misconception that interior lineman are suppose to be fat and take up space. That is just not the case.

                              I was one of the lazy ones.

                              I'm 5'9", 225 lbs. I wasn't exactly a five-star recruit, so don't feel bad that my football career is over.

                                              Ray Lewis has suffered enough, Commissioner Paul Tagliabue of the National Football League said in a conference call yesterday in explaining why he did not suspend the All-Pro linebacker who pleaded guilty to obstructing justice in a murder case.

                                              ''It's the courts who have the primary responsibility in this case,'' Tagliabue said. ''We're not a substitute for the courts.''

                                              ''The offense was a misdemeanor; he had no problems before that and hadn't violated league policies,'' Tagliabue said of Lewis's guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing justice in a deal with Atlanta prosecutors, who dropped murder charges against the Ravens star.

                                                      I too thought this was about Daniel Sepulveda. He's really good. He won the Ray Guy twice and was an all-american three times. It sucks he's done. At least Casey Hampton will play this season.
