Ratings. Guess they think it'll make the game more exciting. I don't mind guests when it's a blowout, but this game was actually a good one.

OK... am I biased a bit? Yes. But how are the Packers ranked EIGHTH? I could probably accept the fact there are legit arguments for having them placed no higher than #5 right now, but 8th? I am willing to listen to arguments as to why Packers should be ranked lower than the Titans and Jags (and might possibly be pursuaded) but c'mon... the GIANTS?
Anyway... I've been reading posts since the start of the season, but this is my first registration/posting here. I'd like to take a moment to thank Walter for my present status as points leader in our office pool. (we pick each week against the spread, then there's a weekly winner & then season winner w/ highest # of wins) Using Walter's picks as my starting point (w/ very few modifications so far this season... mostly when Walter picked against the Packers) I've won weekly prize for FOUR weeks and am currently 11 points ahead of 2nd place for season total. (This week was a bit painful, but you take the good w/ the bad).
Anyway, Walter, if I win for the season, I'll have to find some appropriate means of thanking you. Maybe a pack of Brats and some cheese curds?
Regards to all.

Thanks PB...
I had trouble deciding whether the Packers or Giants deserved to be 7th. NY lost to Green Bay, but Eli Manning was hurt and the defense was not what it is now. The Packers went down to the Bears at home, which was a much worse lose, considering Chicago just got swept by the Lions.
You could make a case for moving Green Bay up. I'm concerned about the lacking running game, although Ryan Grant looked solid last night.

I'll take Vince Young and a great defense.

The Titans are winning games because of their great OL, their great running game, and their defense. Vince Young has NOTHING to do with it.2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)
Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.
