  • Could New England win the Superbowl and have the number 1 draft pick?

Albeit Miami cannot buy a win, the 49ers are struggling bad, and I reckon St. Louis will actually manage to win some games in the second half of the season, including their second game against San Fran. After losing to an awful team in Atlanta is there anyone the 49ers could beat?

If they get #1 Goodell should take that pick away and give them back 32.
He should have said what ever pick is higer you have to give up.

He's not allowed to do that.

And if that happens I will laugh for a year

Could happen. Give the Patriots credit for having the foresight for trading with a team they knew would suck.

Could happen. The Pats don't want it to happen though. They don't want to pay anyone #1 money. They might trade down and get screwed just so they can pay a smaller contract.
          2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

"Could New England win the Superbowl and have the number 1 draft pick?"

No because it's going to be hard to win the Super Bowl after a tough loss to the vengeful Colts in the AFC Championship game.

How? The Colts were controlling the game for the majority of the game. If only the Colts had Marvin Harrison.

Colts + Officials controlling the game. This may have been a Tim Donaghy situation to keep the game within six. Most penalties in franchise history in a huge battle? You've gotta be kidding me. Some of the calls were so shady.

I still think the Pats are a better team with a much better QB

If it is the Colts and New England again in the AFC Championship do you think it could potentially bring in more viewers than the SuperBowl?

No, because the reason the Super Bowl is so widely viewed is because non-football fans watch it for the commercials and the halftime show. My sister watches it sometimes, and she knows nothing about football. She's not going to watch Pats-Colts.

I agree with Walter, even though the AFC Ship will be the Super Bowl (in a football fans' eyes) the Super Bowl will always get better ratings because of the commercials (only the beer ones are good imo).

Randy Moss always get away with pushing off (Redskins game) and when he didn't he was crying like a girl. Ellis Hobbs slowed down on purpose to prevent Wayne from getting to a ball in the endzone... that was a great flag to throw, props to the official. There was still about two phantom flags on the Pats, but they can deal with it. They got the tuck rule in their favor so they can shut up about the officials. I think they play dirty and this is the first time they didn't get away with it.
