The only thing I'd say is that the Patriots seldom draft a LB that high. Then again, they never have that high a pick so you never know.

I wouldn't put Brennan in the first round either.

I wasn't being serious about Colt in the first round. I think he's a third rounder. I was just continuing the joke from the other topic we discussed this in where candyman said the same people that think Colt Brennan should be a first rounder this year think Troy Smith should have been one last year.

I don't think so for Laurinitas, because New England is in need of a young LB desperately. Realistically, they would trade down to select him, but I fon't include trades in my mocks. As for Ainge, I think Baltimore would like his size enough to overrate him enough to pick him top 15. As for Groves, I didn't realize Long was still on the board until I was halfway done

He is very electric, but the only times he made plays was when the badgers coordinator pulled Ikegwuonu off tight coverage for whatever reason. So he had two plays. and several drops, and rattled his own qb. manningham is a super-talented, spoiled, mouthy baby. will probably be a very successful nfl receiver in terms of pro-bowls, not super bowls.

candyman, I don't want to sound like a michigan-hater, but I think Mike Hart is going to burn out. Someone once said, never take a Michigan rb first round. take a michigan OL instead--they're the reason the backs are successful. I think hart will be good, but he just doesn't seem like a ted thompson type first round pick. Maybe Beckum or John Carlson would fit better than Hart. so there's my $.02 on the Packers. keep plugging on the mock--we'll have to compete after the season.
