I'm going with the Under for 3 or 4 units.

I'm not sure where you get your weather forecast, but the highest I've seen is 23mph tonight in Seattle, with the wind getting progressively less intense as the night goes on. I'm sticking with the Seahawks to come out head-hunting after last week's heartbreak loss.
