The only way I see New England not covering the 22 is if Bellichik sits the starters in the 4th Q. How likely do you think that's going to happen? I'm taking NE-22 regardless of who plays at QB for Philly.

Vegas must be extremely frustrated with New England, with at least 75% each week on the Patriots. If New England continues its obliteration of all opponents, I wouldn't be surprised to see a 30-40 point spread. The funny thing is, I'd still take the Patriots on that type of spread.

They might be -28 against the Jets.

26 is the biggest point spread in NFL history. In 1976, the 0-14 Bucs were 26-point dogs.

If you believe (like I do) that Belichick has been sticking it to the league all year in response to Spygate, then you've gotta think he'll want to bury the guy that started it all.

Seems as if Vegas will factor that into the line somewhat, but the question is - how much?

Especially if the Jets play like they did against the Cowboys - I don't think it would be unfathomable to see the Pats win by ~56 points.

I'm not saying the Jets will beat the Pats at all this year, but I think most people forget that the week 1 game between the two teams was close going into the half. It was 7-7 I think before Brady hit Watson in the final 2 minutes of the 1st half to make it 14-7 at the half. The 2nd half was another story, but I don't think they will win by 50. Hopefully no more than 20-30, which is still very very sad.

Well, it was the first week of the season, and Brady and Moss weren't exactly clicking yet. It took them a half to get on the same page. Remember, Moss didn't play the preseason.

                              Bears WIN (ATS too!)

I was very surprised to see Walter picking the Broncos.. especially because of how shady the line was. But, kudos to the Bears who somehow managed to win!

It's kinda funny, I decided to go with the Bears simply because of Walter's previous picks that reminded me of this one.. maybe Walter is starting to question himself a bit too much? Stick to the game plan man, it works!
