Quinn should really be greatful the Browns traded up to get him. It would have been his worst nightmare to fall to 29 and go to Baltimore. I still can't get enough of watching Miami take Ted Ginn (I watch the video on youtube about every day)...it is still a shocker to me but I think it was a good move if he pans out.

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

Um, yeah, the "BROWNS" signed Brady Quinn, not Brady Quinn himself (he would have refused to sign for himself for less than $20M guaranteed). Sorry for the typo.

Thanks for posting that. Maybe Quinn can now stop asking for six figures when signing autographs.

LOL That'd be funny if Quinn signed himself after being frustrated with Cleveland.

If Quinn has no problems acting selfish and treating his fans like garbage, you've got to question how much of a "team player" he is.

Perhaps his selfishness and lack of appretiation towards his fans was something found by teams in his interviews. And perhaps it lead to him falling as far as he did in the draft.

The reason he fell in the draft was that NFL teams simply don't need young-talented QBs when they have one or two on their roster.

If Brady Quinn was selfish, then Charlie Weis would have told NFL scouts. Coaches don't lie about their prospects at any level. He raved about the kid's leadership.

Why would Quinn be selfish? It's important to get as much money as you can in your contract. I see nothing selfish in that. Your contract is more important than reporting to your first training camp in the long run. After all, his contract would last 4-6 years and TC lasts 2 weeks.

Quinn was a great player in the locker room for Notre Dame, according to Weis. He was a true leader. Brady Quinn in my mind was the best quarterback in last year's draft. He will be a star at Cleveland, but probably not right away.

In today's media, QBs get criticized for everything and overly praised sometimes. Rex Grossman isn't as bad as people make him out to be. Last year was his first year as the starter. He is going to have his hard knocks. Lets see how he does next season. Also, don't criticize guys like Vince Young and Brady Quinn next season if they struggle. They are young. VY has no weapons on offense and it will be the VY show (which probably won't be pretty imo). And Quinn will be a rookie on an unproven offense. Be patient with young players. That is what you don't hear on ESPN and other sports media.
