I'm going with Cincinnati. After losing TJ to Seattle, and the fact that Ocho-stinko is a meathead. They will most likely lose Carson Palmer, yet again, and not get any better with the #6 pick.

Chiefs. Curry won't be able to transform the transitioning defense, Orakpo's injured too much, Crabtree has question marks too. They have no defense (Flowers, Dorsey, Hali, and Johnson are great pieces for a 4-3, but abysmal for the 3-4). They're questionable or worse on the offensive line. They've got two system QB's. They also have to play the Steelers and Ravens twice a year. At least they might take one from the Browns, but I bet the browns get some love by trading a QB away. They will also probably take Orakpo at #5 and have a decent pass rush. Well, against the bengels anyway.
