                Sorry, SwAg, if it makes you feel better I hurt my back squatting again and seem to be on a three month hurt my back cycle. I feel like a giant pussy cuz its hard to put on socks.

                              • Swag I see a lot of the more serious body builders at my gym after a lift go on the treadmill, put it on a sharp incline, and then a moderate to quick walking speed and go for at least 30 minutes.

                                For cutting/weight loss would you recommend that over say using the Elliptical at a 150-160 bpm run?
