Better series: Madden or NFL 2K

I know they don't make NFL 2K any more, but until this years Madden, ESPN 2K5 is the best football game I have ever played

I'm a 2k fan through and through. 2k5 is still better than Madden 08. Shows how terrible EA are. Stopped buying Madden when they screwed everyone by buying out the competition. Same game every year with updating rosters and schedules. Yawn.

I could only imagine how 2k8 would be if 2k still had the NFL license. EA would be out of business. Not that I'd shed a tear though.

I bought NFL 2k in 1999 for the Sega Dreamcast. It was the first football game that I played.

I'm a madden fan for sure. I love importing draft classes. The 2k series didn't look realistic enough when players ran and that probably bothered me more than it should have. A lot of times I like to play the GM and just simulate games and build teams through the draft more than i enjoy playing games.

NFL 2k8 is out! I actually dont even have a system anymore but still play when i get the chance, and both are pretty damn good. NFL 2K8 is based around the legends, like Rice, Sanders, Marino. Plus if you like soundtracks, its pretty nice!!

I loved Madden 2004. Hated Madden 2005, and didn't play one since.

I heard All Pro Football 2K8 sucks from multiple sources.

Since my 360 got 3 Red Lights, all I've been playing is ESPN 2K5

All Pro Football 2K8 has gotten amazing reviews and i have read a bunch of articles with fans commenting how realistic the game playing is.

Actually, all the reviews I read about All Pro Football 2K8 gave the game very mediocre reviews.
