MLB Sim League

Is there a program or something that runs MLB Sim Leagues? And do they have farm systems and stuff like that? If so I would like to know, thanks.

I have a program called 2008 Baseball Mogul I mean it was for the 07 season, but yea its all about simming. Pretty accurate farm system, not to a T, but it has the better players in it and I think its updatable but I'm not sure. I'm sure an 09 will come out shortly.
