I think the 82 game season is long for a Division 2 league...I think 50 games is more appropriate but whatever...this is a genius move by David Stern if he pulls it off. Basketball is the fastest growing sport in the world and he should capitalize.

So would these teams be located in Europe but play in the current NBA, USA teams vs Europe or is he starting a new entire league NBA Euro?
