A college football tournament would the best thing ever, man. Brackets, Cinderella upsets, people taking off work/school on that first Friday... Imagine the possibilities.

Some people say 8 teams is OK, I say 16 so each conference gets one team as long as they have 8 or more wins.

            one team per conference?!?!?!?!?
That means that no more CAL no more penn state or other good colleges that are better teams than some rink a dink supersmall school with barely 8 wins. that means that georgia wouldnt have ot in the tournament because LSU was already in.

Noooo at least one team per conference. Like in the NCAA BB Tournament, each conference has at least one team, yet good conferences like the Big 12 have multiple teams

some small schools still woudnt get in
no teams would want that....64 teams play in bowl games and 68 teams wouldnt get a shot that normally would
only the top 16 would get in...thats cheap!

The goal of a tournament isn't to see how far these cinderella's can get ... the goal is to determine a champion and since we haven't ever seen a 9-16 seed win than we don't need more than 32 teams in this tournament

Bias on everyone because NCAA is just as money grubbing in the 64 as they are in the bcs
                  2014-2015 Kentucky Wildcats (38-1)

Congrats to Wisconsin. Even more congrats to UK haters.

Win the Championship? Are you serious? Put them up against the likes of UNC or UCLA and it wouldn't have even been close. One player can only take a college team so far. They have 0 presence in the post and not much help elsewhere either. George Masion when they made it to the Final Four had a good run. But please, saying they were a contender is a joke just like saying Davidson is a contender this year... The only good that came from their run is the possiblity of Curry being a 2nd rd pick now

Adam, they almost beat Kansas... How can you say they stand no chance against UNC or UCLA?

And Stephen Curry goes Top 20 if he comes out. I talked to someone who writes for the Philadelphia Inquirer over the weekend and he likens Curry to Reggie Miller.

Having a sport where an undefeated team has no shot to win the national title is pointless. They shouldn't even keep score.

No it isn't pointless. Look what happened to Hawaii against Georgia.

But good call Watler because yeah Hawaii had any shot of beating LSU or Ohio State lol.

Didn't Boise State beat Oklahoma, or did I miss something? Or are you rewriting history lol?

Did Boise beat Oklahoma in the National Championship game? No. And they wouldn't have beaten OSU or Florida because those teams where much much better than OU.

You don't know that though. You have no idea whether they would have beaten them or not. Stanford beat USC. Arkansas beat LSU. Any given Sunday (or Saturday), Matt!
