  • Barkley says he's done gamblin

I'm sure by now everyone has heard that "Sir Charles" had a $400k debt to a casino in Vegas (I believe the Wynn but don't hold me to it). Well he has now stating that he is done gambling. I'm sure he has said this in the past and wonder if he will be able to do this. What do you think? Its been said that he has gambled away over $10million

Saw a quote to that's perfect for those who might have a problem gambling.... "And no I'm not talking about myself I like to gamble and don't have a problem (Or am I just in denial haha j/j)
"Just because I can afford to lose money doesn't mean I should do it"

I'd like to bet Sir Charles a couple thousand that he doesn't keep his promise.

Was watching a video and he said he needs to stop playing 2 hands at $25,000 each and would love to get to a point where he ONLY plays $5,000 a hand so he ONLY wins or loses a couple hundred thousand... Must be nice

Not for nothing, but Barkley's gambling isn't anywhere near Michael Jordan's. Granted, Jordan has a lot more money than Sir Charles, but he gambled a hell of a lot more too. Frankly, I could care less. I'd be more concerned about the average guy losing his rent check at the track on a weekly basis.

Hey, everyone's got a hobby, right? What's so different if you get pleasure by spending millions on expensive cars, than if you get pleasure by gambling millions?

like he said he can afford it, but thats for now. Might not be able to afford it down the road... Either way i think he just needs to work on controlling it and maybe not wagering as much?

Barkley needs some gambling help. It is a better use of his money then slots and throwing his money away.
